IBM ends talk with Sun
Sun Microsystems rejected IBM’s offer of $7 billion buyout which has toppled its market share to 24%. The buyout would have been a good proposal for the firm to survive from the losing market share. Sun was not satisfied its $9.40 offer per share. IBM ends the talk. Sun is now in search of offers.
